In case of connection problems, it often helps to simply restart the CellAir Gecko. To do this, switch off the device via the “on-off button” located on the rear. Then wait 10 seconds and allow the device to recalibrate. After 10 seconds you can switch the gecko on again by pressing the “on-off button” again.
